The Future

What do you think Americas future will be revolving around art and nature? How do you think you can effect change?

I think Americas culture of art and nature will possibly be destroyed because with national parks raising prices people will start to loose interest in going there, I think I can and we can make a change by protesting for national parks prices to go down because it should be public with no entrance fee.

In America's future, I don't think that it will revolve around the arts and nature. Currently, we revolve around technology. I believe that it is only going to grow. We could slowly forget about the arts and nature. On the other hand, in the future it could be the opposite and interests in nature and the arts could grow.

People have very diffrent passions. Not everybody has the same. Some people will love art and nature wile others will love music and technology. Many people obviously have a passion for art and nature so they will stick to it and create new beliefs or movements. Art and nature will never end. It will always be here as long as we are here. I can affcet this chnage by supporting these movements if I agree with them. I can also help with taking care of the envirnment which is very important in many ways.

People are surviving off payckeck to paycheckwhich means most of our society has no money left over for visits to the national parks or to even buy nature friendly things. I can effect change by protesting for prices of national parks to decrease. I feel as this will effect America's future revolving around art and nature greatly.

  1. Hello Valery,
I strongly agree with your opinion on how people do have very different passions and perspectives. However, I do not think that even if us humans are here, art and specifically nature won't even live on forever because it us humans who are slowly killing it. 1. Hello Charlene and Valery,
I agree with the both of you when it comes to the future of art and nature. While yes, people have different passions for different things, us humans are way less focused on what's visually or audibly appealing to us and are more focused on how many likes we get on Instagram. Technology is advancing faster than nature and art are, which I believe will result in how art and nature will "cancel out" in today's society. For more information, check out this site:

  2. Hello Angel,
I agree with your opinion on how the future may just all revolve around technology, but I don't believe nature and art will just slowly fade away, or vice-versa , because they're both major things in our world. (This link describes how technology and nature both impact each other and the world; http://www.eoi.es/blogs/marieglueck/2012/06/30/the-role-of-technology-in-today%E2%80%99s-world-and-in-the-future/)

    1. Hey Jeffrey,
I disagree with your point on how nature will not fade away. It's definitely not going to fade slowly but it will be destroyed. Mostly by our actions. Also, I disagree on how we revolve around technology. Personally, I think that we do depend on it, not revolve around it. Here's a link to prove that humans are very responsible for what is occurring in our world. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/sep/08/humans-have-destroyed-a-tenth-of-earths-wilderness-in-25-years-study

    2. Hi Shelsy,
I partially agree with your opinion. Your right about nature slowing deteriorating because of us, but I disagree with you about us "depending" on technology. Jefferey has a point when saying we revolve with technology based on everything we use. Especially our generation. https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2005/nov/10/newmedia.media

  3. Hello Valery,
I agree with how you say that how people will have different perspectives, like Charlene had stated. I do think those who love art and nature will create new movements to protect the land that they know and love. However I think, some will still continue to visit it as long as it is available . Here is some more information on the parks impacted by this. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/sep/08/humans-have-destroyed-a-tenth-of-earths-wilderness-in-25-years-study

  4. Hello Angel,
I understand your opinion completely and agree with it. Technology is escalating in the world around us, but so is the idea of wanting to be different which can be expressed through art and/or nature. The future holds a lot of mystery when is comes to things like these, but also in general. For example, https://futurism.com/images/things-to-come-a-timeline-of-future-technology-infographic/
    gives some examples

  5. Hi Andrew,
I agree with your answer and how you said that if the prices go up, people will start to lose interest in going there. Nature is a gift that everyone should be able to see, and they won't if the prices are too high. Here's an article discussing the prices of these parks, and it's effects.

  6. Andrew what do you mean my destroyed because for it to be physically destroyed they would have to be cut wouldn't they?

  7. Hello Andrew,
I agree with you people will loose intress in going to national parks. The parks are basically doing it for the money.

  8. I emphatically disagree with your feeling on how individuals do have altogether different interests and points of view. I don't believe that regardless of whether us people are here, craftsmanship and particularly nature won't live on always on the grounds that it us people who are gradually destroying it.

  9. I concur with how you say that how individuals will have alternate points of view, I do think the individuals who adore craftsmanship and nature will make new developments to secure the land that they know and love. Be that as it may I think, some will at present keep on visiting it as long as it is accessible
